I'd get one from a scrappy though, as I've never heard of one failing before (if you did need one). The rail pressure sensor can be obtained from Bosch, but I don't know the part number. Hi, I remember you having this problem a while ago. Does anyone know the Bosch part number? I may as well change it.Īny other ideas before I go down the fuel pump route? My next thought is that perhaps I have a fuel pressure sensor issue (on the rail). Where is the fuel tank access point? I can't see how it could be under the rear seats. Is there a filter in the tank itself? I'm thinking that this may be blocked and causing fuel supply issues. I have also ran a can of BG244 through a tank but it had no effect. This hasn't worked and the problem is getting worse.

I replaced the fuel filter with a new OEM item. I have previously had the non-start issue which is resolved by fitting the a new over-pressure relief valve.Ī few weeks ago I'd get the P1065 DTC every now and again when really flooring it. I want to eliminate everything before I go out for a re-con fuel pump. I am hoping the forum can sanity check my fault finding process. The DTC shows up when pressing the throttle hard but not every time the throttle is pushed down. I was also driving very carefully on the throttle. I drove 200 miles on the motorway today and it came up 8 times. I have a recurring DTC - P1065 Fuel rail pressure lower than expected.
